Since I have heard Marcel speak on numerous occasions, I am qualified to say he is not only a good speaker, he is also quite up on public policy. He has studied numerous public policy issues and is far ahead of many of the average people you meet every day, when it comes to being knowledgeable and informed. Better check him out thoroughly before you put down his youth and inexperience. I give him an A + for courage and passion for his future and the future of his generation. They will, after all, end up paying for the mistakes of many an "experienced " career politician.
