Sacramento Bicycle Kitchen Preparing Fourth Annual Scavenger Hunt

Fresh off the heels of May is Bike Month, the non-profit Sacramento Bicycle Kitchen will host its fourth annual "Hunt the Grid" bicycle scavenger hunt through midtown and downtown Sacramento this year on Second Saturday, June 9, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, hosted at the Bicycle Kitchen's shop at 1915 I Street, next to the railroad tracks. Scavengers hunt the grid

Over 30 teams of bike scavengers took to the streets of downtown Sacramento Saturday in a race against time to interpret clues, hunt for items and complete challenges for the Bicycle Kitchen’s annual Hunt the Grid bike scavenger hunt. If cyclists didn’t know Sacramento before the hunt, they sure do now. The hunt, now in its third year, is an event where teams of four hit the pavement and try to solve clues based on well-known venues and random oddities of Sacramento. Mastermind is back for another Second Saturday Treasure Hunt

Teams of family and friends will race through parks, around landmarks and even inside local businesses deciphering clues to secret locations in this urban adventure presented Saturday June 11 by Mastermind Treasure Hunts and Downtown Grid.
