A tale of two stomachs: Eat Your Art Out in action

Saturday morning I contemplated whether or not I should eat breakfast. My stomach was inexperienced with grub crawls, the Eat Your Art Out Crawl would be my very first. I settled on eating something small. Luckily I lived close enough to walk to the captain meeting place and by the time I had gathered my team's bags and badges, my stomach was growling. Of the 18 restaurants and dining establishments in the Crawl, I had eaten at all of them but five.  My team, Team Snuffleupagus, started at Brew It Up! where a fruit platter and blue cheese kettle chips awaited. Second Saturday 03/14/09

This Second Saturday we set up shop at Bike Kitchen for the evening of Mochii yogurt, cold beers, good people and a super fun band, The Poplollys! We did a little meet and greet, gave away our reusable grocery bags, stickers and fantastic Mochii yogurt from our friend Marc Otero! Its is very interesting to hear people talk about there experience with the site just four months after launch. I met a few community contributers and a couple familiar faces from the local media world. With the weather teasing like its Spring people were out and about this Second Saturday and I hope you stopped by and said hello!
