On Monday night the Sacramento Kings opened up their second straight back-to-back set with a home game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. The shorthanded Wolves kept the score close but in the end it was the Kings, following a strong performance from Tyreke Evans and another solid night from DeMarcus Cousins, who took the 116-108 victory to open April. Saturdays double header at Rollerking in Roseville between the Sacred City Sacrificers and the Minnesota All-Stars and the Disciples vs Mendo Mayhem ended in a win for one and loss for the other. The evening started with a country rendition of the national anthem sung by Shauna Lea Granada. The audience applauded the performance and it started-off a hard fought bout between the Sacred City Sacrificers and the Minnesota All-stars.
