Circus Oz Amazes Audience

Audience members sat on the edge of their seats during a multitude of spectacles known as Circus Oz's show "Steampowered." Almost 1,000 people from all backgrounds and ages, filled the Mondavi Center on Sunday to watch the world-renown, Australia-based Circus Oz. The light rock music, fog and the costumed performers who were interacting with the audience on stage and within the crowd, set the mood for what would be a two-hour, high-energy rock-n-roll adventure of acrobatics, death-defying feats and irreverent humor . The Sacramento Entertainment Agency and Tommy T's Comedy Club have worked through 100 acts and over 3 months of shows to finally present the "Best" five acts as voted on by the audience. "Sacramento Has Talent" has its' Finalist!

Well tonight at Tommy T's was amazing...how the audience can pick just five from the great line up of talent is beyond words. But it is done and we now have the acts that will be seen at Tommy T's Tuesday Sept. 22 in the Finals. There are $5,000 in cash & prizes being awarded, and here are the Finalist.... Final Preliminary is Here!

This coming Tuesday August 4th is the Final preliminary level show in our "Sacramento Has Talent" Competition. Held at the "New" Tommy T's Comedy Club (above the ole' Spaghetti Factory on Hwy 50 & Hazel) Tuesday at 7:30 (out early) and only a $5 cover. A whole lot of fun because the audience votes the talent through to the next level, some come out and vote! Ages 16 & over welcome for this special Local Talent Event. "Sacramento HasTalent" Competition

This is your chance to shine! Tommy T's Comedy Club, Sacramento Entertainment Agency, and KCRA #3 have teamed up to produce our very own "Sacramento Has Talent" competition. Anyone with any talent can sign up and perform with the opportuntiy to win a part of the $5,000 cash prize. This is a Summer long event in which we start with the first 100 of this areas talented people, give them the opportunity to perform in frot of large crowds, offer them a chance to share in the $5,000 cash prize, and maybe even appear on TV! Review: The Great Buck Howard

The Great Buck Howard Director: Sean McGinley By Tony Sheppard Capitol Weekly Based on the Amazing Kreskin, known for his appearances on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, “The Great Buck Howard” tells the story of a mentalist (not a magician!) with a similar Carson track record (“Johnny Carson, not that nitwit who’s on there now!”).  Buck has long since faded from the A-list of talk show talent and now tours the country, performing his never-changing act in never-filled venues. Soon to be put-upon road manager Troy drops out of law school, which was more his father’s dream than his own, and stumbles into working with Buck Howard as a day job in support of his desire to be a writer.
