It’s a typical evening on patrol until officers are dispatched to a call where a man said he is going to kill his wife and then himself. Dispatchers immediately begin mediating with the eerily calm man while they dispatch a small army to the call, including negotiators. Once on scene, hostage negotiators begin doing their job.
