It seems to me that someone at a local business, restaurant, etc. where I use my card is gathering my debit card information and then selling it to people out of state. I understand that given the major budget cuts to police, this type of crime will probably fall down the list of priorities, but I was curious if SacPD has officers that investigate this type of crime who can pinpoint where the financial information is being illegally taken.
