The Sacramento city clerk’s office has gone digital.   In one of the presentations at the city’s first eExpo Wednesday, the office provided a sneak peek into its upcoming electronic agenda system. The office estimates it will save about 50,000 reams of paper each year by creating its agendas to digital form, according to Assistant City Clerk Dawn Bullwinkel. She emphasized that the figure of 50,000 reams was a conservative estimate. Bullwinkel told about 20 city staffers at the technology expo that the city will launch a new system to create paperless agendas by February or March. The city currently offers electronic agendas on its website, but the new Automated Agenda Workflow system wi
