SARTA's 7th Annual Tech Index Celebration drew a crowd of nearly 450 to the Sacramento Hyatt Regency on Wednesday, February 17.  The audience learned of UC Davis Chancellor Linda Katehi's vision for the future of our local top-ranked research institution, and was motivated, educated, and inspired by Kevin Surace, Chairman and CEO of Serious Materials, and Inc.
