Monday, March 22 10 a.m. - Noon The California State Students Association will hold a rally to bring the issues of higher education to the forefront of public awareness. Students will begin to gather at 7 a.m. at Raley Field. At 10, students will march down the Capitol mall to the north steps for a rally that will start at 11 a.m. The rally will include 30 speakers, mostly students.
