Elk Grove, a relatively quiet town, has lost a friend early Sunday. A shooting killed a woman and left three men wounded. Police reported the fight was between partygoers in a residential neighborhood.  Rest assured, two suspects were arrested hours after the incident at a Sacramento hotel nearby.  The incident happened just south of Laguna Boulevard of tract homes where many neighbors were dismayed and scared for their lives.
