Not too creepy or scary, the spirit of Halloween filled Midtown's streets yesterday. Relles Florist on J St featured a magic show, balloon twisting, arts corner and apple cider booth. The kids were out in full force.

Costumed canines celebrated Halloween with a Pooch Parade around Midtown. At parade's end judges passed out coveted Pooch Parade Awards. Here's the winners and other paraders:
