Roseville—While many small businesses in California are stagnant, shrinking, or altogether disappearing, Maximum Edge Fitness of Roseville, CA is growing. Expanding its training capabilities and services, Maximum Edge forecasts steady, consistent growth for the next few years due to the introductions of new classess and programs, like the one I was invited to on the 4th of July.  Max Edge kicked off their kickboxing fitness program at 7:30am, and the class had a terrific turn-out for their proprietary system; consisting of challenging workout stations developed by professional fighter, Billy Miles. Clients complete each training session in a quick and convenient 50-minute workout, with the added convenience of small group class times and a trainer with each small group every step of the way.

"I wanted to get this type of training out to the average fitness-minded person, because it is too good to be kept a secret any longer. One simple thing makes it popular - it works!" said Tina Denham regarding the addition of this training program..  MEF is more than just kickboxing, training classes are available for Noramco Circuit Training, Power Plate Rejuvenation Program, Edge Circuit Program, Sports Performance Circuit, and one-on-one time with the trainer. "Programs are tailored to the clients skill level ranging ages 8-80, from the newly training and for those who want to take it to the next level" explains Denham.

“Our workout training is descibed as 'the end of boring cardio, complex machines, and silly routines,'” stated Denham. “Our members keep telling us that it’s the best workout they’ve ever had, and that it's challenging, fun, and rewarding.” For more info. on Maximum Edge Fitness, convenient class schedules, and specials, please visit: www.maximumedgefitness.com
