    <summary type="text">Is there someone in the government with an Outlook calendar with a Follow-up flag on July 01, 2011/2012? Because let's be honest - I know I'm not going to remember in one to two years that the taxes could be reduced by one percent after getting used to paying it. This is going to hurt the economy, because I'll reduce my spending even more than I did when I became part of the ever-growing unemployment rate.</summary>

    <summary type="text">You forgot to mention the increase in car fees too.

All of these are regressive taxes that hurt low- and middle-income families the hardest. It's too bad that Gov. Schwarzenegger and the Republicans rejected progressive taxation (e.g., hitting those who make the most to pay back some of Bush tax cuts) and we're stuck paying these.</summary>
