InfraGard is a private non-profit organization serving as a public-private partnership between U.S. businesses and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. InfraGard describes itself as an information sharing and analysis effort serving the interests and combining the knowledge base of a wide range of members. Their mission is dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the United States. Besides working side-by-side with the FBI, they also work very closely with FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) and DHS - Department of Homeland Security.

If you are watching Jesse Ventura's Conspiracy Theory on Tru TV, you will see a connection with InfraGard to the FEMA concentration camps, that are also known as residential outlets. These residential outlets have wire meshed fences that are built to keep people 'in' with razor sharp top liners. The residential outlets look similar to prisons, except that they all have playgrounds for children. InfraGard is rumored to assist the government during martial law and have the ability to utilize lethal force against citizens. InfraGard denies wielding this futuristic power.

I think InfraGard is a great idea. To utilize citizens to watch over major infrastructures like the Tower Bridge and our skyscrapers. Keeping an eye out for terrorists at locations such as Rancho Seco, Dow Chemical Plant, Sierra Chemical Plant, etc.

The only thing that makes me nervous about InfraGard, is that when you place this kind of power in the hands of untrained civilians, they may start abusing this power. I am not the only one that thinks this way. Also, concerned about human rights, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) warned that there "is evidence that InfraGard may be closer to a corporate TIPS program, turning private-sector corporations — some of which may be in a position to observe the activities of millions of individual customers — into surrogate eyes and ears for the FBI".

As of September, 2010, the organization reported membership at over 40,000 (including FBI).

How did InfraGard get started you wonder?

InfraGard began in the Cleveland, Ohio, Field Office in 1996,and has since expanded to become a national-level program, with InfraGard coordinators in every FBI field office. Originally, it was a local effort to gain support from the information technology industry and academia for the FBI's investigative efforts in the cyber arena, but it has since expanded to a much wider range of activities surrounding the nation's critical infrastructure.

Since 2003, InfraGard Alliances and the FBI said that they have developed a TRUST-based public-private sector partnership to ensure reliability and integrity of information exchanged about various terrorism, intelligence, criminal, and security matters. It supports FBI priorities in the areas of counterterrorism, foreign counterintelligence, and cybercrime.

The birth of InfraGard came with the Oklahoma City Bombing of the Alfred P. Murray Federal Building, so we can thank Timothy McVeigh of allowing the birth of InfraGard to come about. InfraGard can become our worst nightmare, if it is not governed properly. If InfraGard members do not receive proper training, the program could get out-of-control.

An inside source of an infiltrator of the notorious Bohemian Grove has reported that a majority of members that attend Bohemian Grove are also members of InfraGard. Bohemian Grove embraces it's secrets and so does the InfraGard.

InfraGard gets the latest infrastructure sensitive alerts, before any average citizen. If suspicious people are walking around the Tower Bridge taking photos, InfraGard will know about it first before we do. Will InfraGard start abusing their power and start spying on average citizens? Will average citizens be targets of harassment because of their political views? InfraGard keeps their membership secret and anytime you have secrets, things can get completely out-of-hand. If InfraGard is here to help citizens, then they need to let the citizens know who they are.

InfraGard seems to be a direction heading towards George Orwell's Big Brother 1984. Tell me it's not so.

Hi there.
Sorry for the delay. I just got word from Walter that there is nothing on the audio in the way of EVPs and my video didn't come up with anything either, so I'm not sure if my story has any clout at this point? But... When in the barracks, I walked all the way down the hall by myself and back. I thought that I heard a voice from one of the rooms on the right side of the hallway across from the women's restroom. When I came back up the hall to where everyone else was at, after telling them what happened, one of the people from the pow wow said that is what other people have said before as well, but they didn't want to tell me, they wanted to see
if I would experience it for myself. And, I did.
However.. even though I had Walter's recorder.. there was nothing found on it and nothing on my video either.

As I walked into the barracks I heard a disembodied voice whisper "Hey" in my left ear, from inside the stairwell just inside the front entrance. It was incredibly dark. I was alone as my fellow investigators had gone on ahead of me and had already exited thru the doors at the end of the hallway to continue up an outdoor stairwell to the second floor.

I was more than startled, but decided that perhaps the empty halls acoustics were playing tricks with my hearing. I walked through a long neglected hallway in which there were doors on either side of me. Each door looked to open onto a small room that was reminiscent of a small hospital room. Utilitarian would be the word to describe the whole place, in daylite. But at this time of evening, being November, it was fully dark and kinda creepy.... mostly it felt empty, maybe a bit oppressive. I walked in darkness so as to eliminate the problem of adjusting between flash lite and darkness, plus, darkness can have it's advantages as an investigator. Other senses seem to intensify when the eyes are at a disadvantage. AS I FINALLY ARRIVE WITH THE GROUP I NOTICED Marge THE OCCUPANT/CLIENT IS ACCOMPANIED BY A DUDE who is busting out with the real lowdown on the place. He proclaims he's a "Weapon of Mass Instruction & you are all in my classroom! So listen up while I tell ya'll what REALLY time it is!!! The genocide continues!! YOUR government(I assume he means me and the other non-indigenous investigators [his assumption] that make up the investigative team) is still trying to wipe out us indigenous folk by bombarding us with poisons and mind controlling/weather controlling technology.!!"

The Elder continues instructing us.... And hey who am I to doubt?? Holocausts and genocides continue all over the planet as I write this.... but knowing what kind of time line is involved in any decent investigation. I interrupt to ask what EXACTLY we can do to help out in terms of our investigative resources.? The long and short of all this is that they want evidence but they want it in 10 minutes or less AND without disrupting the premises or the council!! At this point, I take off to do a little quick EVP recording & take some EMF readings, just on the outside chance that we might capture a bit of evidence .I am ambling around outside near the building with my digi-corder running, addressing any non-corporeal entities that may be near. Almost instantly the K2 lights all the way up!! It does this over and over in a manner that's consistent with an anomalous reading and inconsistent with human-made sources. As I address this possible unseen entity the lights on my K2 respond as if in reply to my questions and statements.

So in no time our 10 minutes are up and eventually our team is rounded up outside. I make a statement in reference to the fact that we cannot stay to investigate. My K2 meter responds again seemingly frantic to get my attention ... many of my colleagues witness this. On the ENTIRE walk back to my vehicle this "conversation" between me and the "being-who-has-taken-a-shine-to-me" continues. When I reach my car I say aloud "You can't come along w/me .You must stay here"

Once more I receive a frantic response from the K2... I decide it can't hurt to do an "into the light" meditation. So, I envision a column of light descending from the heavens & bringing it down to where I stand. I then visualize this column moving away from me, on the other side of my car, where there is a little patch of road. I speak again..saying. "I dunno if you are stuck here, but there is the light. I've brought it here so you can go..." again the K2 responds to my words. As my attention turns once more to the "light column" I perceive two beings inside of it. A woman & child clothed in gowns. Something like turn of the century garb but not fitted, flowing and disheveled..I speak saying, "I think this may be some family that has come to fetch you... why don't you go on now, with them?? Finally the K2 stops with its light......... completely.
