After a long and hard campaign between Meg Whitman and Jerry Brown, Brown once again has been elected governor.  And I can admit that I am absolutely schocked. I really thought for a second that Meg Whitman could possibly have a big chance. Jerry Brown does not necessarily have the brightest political resume that he can dazzle people with. But dazzle he did in this November Election.

The general public from my age group were really sick about the ads and the campaigns were both contenders were brutally bashing each other and in some cases take out  each others dirty laundry. And who can forget the scandal about the phonecall when one of Brown's Staff member referred to Whitman as a "whore"?

Another election has come and gone, many people will be happy for their candidates win, others like myself will have a skeptical attitude towards it all. I must confess that even though I was not a strong supporter for either condendant I am not so sure of how Brown will handle the "Golden State" when it is facing a massasive financial crisis and jobs cuts.

I guess all the only option I am left with is to wait and hope that this governor will be able to make this state prosper and be "Golden" once again.

UHAUL stock goes from 77 to 85 almost overnight.

Time to flee California - let those with their hands out and illegal immigrants pay to support the public employee unions.

This is exactly how I felt when I woke up to discover that Ami Bera lost his bid to unseat Dan Lungren. The only difference is I don't see Dan Lungren making anything "golden" except the lining of his own pockets.

I must say that the illigal immigrants work in the fields piccking up the vegetable that we eat everyeday. I think they should receive a little more respect and consideration.

ah ha ha ha ha thats a good one - they deserve a jail cell for entering into our country illegally - and taking jobs from LEAGAL immigrants and citizens who WOULD do the same work - despite what the illegal alien lovers would have you believe.
