Don't miss this upcoming art sale.
Sacramento Center for the Textile Arts is a non-profit organization that has been in existence for 30 years serving Sacramento and area communities. This annual sale provides support for the SCTA Scholarship Fund which awards scholarships to textile students at area universities and colleges. The annual event provides an opportunity for textile artists to promote and sell their work in the community.
ART to WEAR is held at the Shepard Garden and Art Center, McKinley Park, at 3330 McKinley Blvd., Sacramento.
The November 13 and 14, 2010, event begins with a fashion show on Saturday, Nov. 13, at 10am with the sale following between 11am and 4pm.
The sale continues on Sunday, Nov. 14, from 11am to 4 pm. Admission is free.
The sale will include a variety of hand crafted garments, accessories, unique jewelry, home decor and more!
One of a kind fashions will be highlighted in the fashion show.
