Conversation on The Sacramento Press about: I'm really starting to like this Sacramento place.

(Note from the author- I found a lot to like this weekend, instead of doing 5 different "stuff I like pieces", I did 1 "Discovering Sacramento" piece. Among the places/things discussed here in- The Torch Club, Final Final Band, Michaelangelo's, Walmart bikes, Los Gallos, and The Old Spaghetti Factory. I hope you enjoy)

So, how was your weekend? Good? Got out and enjoyed the spring weather? Oh, you didn't get to? You were stuck in the office, finishing those TPS reports? I'm really sorry...

Great articles - read them all. Keep me posted. Hope you got my earlier comments. Gist was beware of "linen" goodies - makes for great weaponry.!!! Also liked your pictures with Kim and Jess - fyi, I was at the Mansion Inn many years ago for cocktails -- it really was elegant.

P. S. There is a taco truck 1 block from my office. Next time you are in SF come for lunch with Jess some day (or on your own). Lynne

glad youre having such a great time in sac! midtown is such a fun place to live and play. i look forward to seeing you around as my wife and i live what appears to be not far from you. we're close to the pine cove, which if you havent been is a place you should check out so you know what people mean when they refer to "the cove".

If you havent already, check out Tres Hermanas at 24th & K for some great mexican food. Im beyond addicted to their chips & salsa, and steak fajitas (corn tortillas). Then there's Mikuni at 16th & V for some great sushi. and Ella & 11th & K for arguably for the best gin in tonic in all of sac (homemade tonic is the key to it).
