The following clause in your Terms of Use agreement appears to hold an error in the second line of the text. It reads, "...web sites, we do guarantee the content or reliability..."

Not sure how important that is, given the sentence that follows it, but I thought I'd mention it just in case typos hold up in court, on the off chance that someone tried to take action against you.

Hey, Ben et al... Looks like you updated your terms of use agreement 8 weeks ago, but your "help" page article makes it look like it hasn't changed since October 2008. You might want to update the page and the blurb on the Help page. I am FINALLY getting around to writing that blog post on sacramento press at www.philanthrophile.wordpress.com. Feel free to weigh in or send me something that I will make its on post. And sheepishly, I must admit I accidentally deleted the informative email you sent me in late April. Sigh. My bad - and thanks again for your initial response.

What are the copyright restrictions? Can we reprint any/all of articles here?

Ben, is there a way that all registered users and contributors can be redirected to a TOS page where agreement is required in order to maintain active status and/or publishing privilege?

Currently that is not within the technical capabilities of our website. It is also not a legal requirement for us.

However as a measure to help increase awareness about good behavior, I think your suggestion has a lot of merit.
