Celebrating the region's top businesses, more than a thousand people gathered Friday night, February 5, 2010 at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento for the Sacramento Metro Chamber's 115th Annual Dinner & Business Awards.
 
The Metro Chamber honored David M. Higgins Sr., retired president of Harbison-Mahony-Higgins Builders Inc., as Sacramentan of the Year.
 
StoneBridge Properties' Randy Sater, was inaugurated as the 2010 Metro Chamber Board chair.
