The Sacramento Electronica Music Festival is the brainchild of Adam Saake, a musician, artist and enthusiast of the local music scene. The idea was simple: create an event, on a very limited budget, to celebrate and recognize electronica artists in the Sacramento area. Saake began to reach out to dozens of artists to gather support for this event.
