You further affirm that you are over the age of 13, as the Site is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use the Site. There are lots of other great websites for you. Talk to a parent or guardian about what websites are appropriate for you.
- 17. Severability. If, for whatever reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any term or condition in these Terms of Use to be unenforceable, all other terms and conditions will remain unaffected and in full force and effect.
