    <summary type="text">I do believe there is a lack of focus and priotization here. Lets be sure we are focusing our efforts effectively . This is a great project and looking at it is appropriate . Obvioulsy we have more pressing issues.</summary>

    <summary type="text">Whatever is done, should not compete with K Street for visitors.  And whatever is done will surely do so.  Clean up K Street first THEN take on the green spaces or they can be come a hangout too.</summary>
