    <content type="text">Congratulations to Council Member Sheedy, Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency and the City’s Department of Transportation.  What a great improvement to an area that could really use it.  I look forward to seeing the trees and vegetation mature.  It looks great now but it will only get better.  Folks are much more willing to walk to transit when the route is pleasant and interesting.  This project really fits with the City of Sacramento's commitment to livable, sustainable mixed use neighborhoods where residents use public transportation.
