The above article was not written by a staff member of The Sacramento Press, but a community contributor passionate about the subject.

If you are passionate about playing tarot cards in Sacramento, then it would be wonderful to hear about where you play and the community who plays in our region. You could support that article with a little history of tarot cards.

    <content type="text">It would be a good thing if the media told the whole truth about tarot cards, how they were originally made for card games which are still played today in continental Europe. Contrary to what these biased pro-paranormal media reports would have us believe, psychics and mediums aren't the only ones who use tarot cards. Game players also use tarot cards to play tarot card games. People are sick of hearing about how psychics use tarot cards. Why don't you do a story on how some Americans are now starting to learn to play real card games with tarot cards?  It would be a breath of fresh air.</content>
