I am very touched by the emotions shared on 9/10/09 during the public hearing. I am a daughter of a once foster child, my father. My father is now decessed, but I understand somewhat of the impact being a foster child had on him during his life. I would like to have a copy of the filming of the hearing and wondered how I may obtain such a copy so I may keep the moments alive as those speakers took the floor attendees. I want to share this copy with one of the speakers as a gift to her.
