Interesting pictures, but do you have a little more information? I presume you are talking about the Tea Party Protest on Friday at the Capitol, but it's not entirely clear. I'd love to hear more in another article about your take on the crowd and what the atmosphere was like there.

Hey there. I neglected this. I did write a bit more of it in a photo post on my blog: http://www.coffeesee.com/2009/09/02/151/

I am amazed at how gullible these folks are. After all the years the Republicans held out the carrot of anti-gay, anti-abortion and imposing christian dogma into the civil code but actually spent the time picking these folks pockets and engorging their bank accounts to the extent that being a millionaire was passe.. and yet here they are all fired up again. Do they think that the Republicans REALLY are interested in their crazy agenda this time?? Wow... gullible only half describes them...

yes...gullible...like complete transparency.
Please give specifific examples of what laws were changed, and how it impacted your life in relation to your comment ...."Republicans held out the carrot of anti-gay, anti-abortion and imposing christian dogma into the civil code" ....How did they pick their pockets? By lowering taxes?

I liked the “impeach the teleprompter” one. Very funny. I did not see that one.

Geoff, the crowd was very friendly, and the atmosphere was cordial. But I do not think that is what you wanted to hear.

God Bless America
