The Sacramento Area Regional Theatre Alliance (SARTA) will announce the nominations for the most outstanding theater performances of 2008-2009 at its Elly Nomination Party, said SARTA office administrator Benjamin T. All local thespians really like the awards idea but once you see the lack of screening for judges you see why this can't be taken too serious.
